Today we went to the Farmers’ Market for kids day. There was face painting, puppets, and circus activities as well as story telling. Our part was to do a seed sorting activity with the kids and give a tour of Parr Field. We were able to get some kids to do some transplanting and move the greenhouse unit (see following post on that).
It was great to see the students and their parents interested in this project, our hope is to expand and get even more students and schools involved!
