The harvest at Parr Field yesterday was so abundant that we could not fit it all in the horno. So right after our first “hornada” of chicos was out and getting eaten and processed, we immediately started another fire to make chicos out of the rest. We will let this fire go for a little more than two hours and then open it up tonight at about 6 PM. We will then eat more chicos and string them up to dry as before.
