Final field preparations at Parr Field school garden

Here is a close-up shot of our hiller/furrower attachment in action.  I have to give thanks to a Santa Fe based donation group called “Bread for the Journey” for providing this piece of equipment years ago.  They also provided the cutter bar attachment for this tiller which has been invaluable over the years.The rows are made, we just have to finish planting (or transplanting in the case of these four rows) and run some drip lines.

We ran drip lines in the rows that were planted, we will have to hook it up and test it out when all the field is planted.
